Return to office plans are in full swing at 900 N. Michigan Ave., a beautiful high-rise building located in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile Neighborhood. The 66-floor property includes a large, ,upscale shopping mall occupied by Bloomingdales and other high-end retailers. Additionally, the property is home to office spaces, restaurants and ,The Four Seasons Hotel.
As tenants return to this beautiful office building, property management at 900 N. Michigan has partnered with Cohesion for a more modern, digital workplace experience.
We had the pleasure of visiting 900 N. Michigan for a Lobby Launch event to smoothly onboard tenant companies and their employees to the Cohesion app. Step-by-step, we walked people though the download and use process until they were comfortable and satisfied with the app. This was a terrific opportunity to learn how users feel about their digital workplace experience.
By simply scanning a QR code, people were able to quickly download the app and were granted instant access to elevators and their office suites. This mobile keycard is a part of our ,touchless access features, which bring fast, easy and safe access to office suites. Other features users have include touchless elevator access, notifications about the latest deals or promotions from retailers in the building and food ordering capabilities at ,Aster Hall, which is a luxurious restaurant that spans over the atrium of the building’s Levels 5 and 6.
Often referred to as “Bloomingdale’s Building,” property management is excited to provide new workplace features as tenants return to the office after a long absence.
