Can we chat about how great May was? That was a trick question, of course, because we migrated the chat support feature we rolled out on the Web last month to iOS! So, chatting with Cohesion is just a tap away. And if we can take a moment to talk about the results, since we rolled out our live support, we’ve earned 100% “excellent” ratings for our customer service.
We also upgraded our OnGuard integration to work with our latest Access Control API. OnGuard was one of our first Access Control integrations and this update ensures our customers using OnGuard benefit from the most feature-enhanced, future-proof service possible on Cohesion.
Many of the buildings on our platform have on-premises retail. With our new Mobile VIP Coupons feature, customers now have a simple way to share special offers and promote patronage of those retail outlets. It’s a simple and cost-effective way to improve tenant engagement while incentivizing support of building retailers.
Finally, we added our Service Request: Billing Acceptance workflow to iOS. With this new feature, we are giving Cohesion users the ability to approve or deny estimates provided by the building for work being done in their space—all from their mobile devices. It’s just another way we’re continually increasing the capabilities of our native work order and service request platform.
While Cohesion can integrate with leading CMMS applications out of the box, as we continue to enhance our functionality, we’re finding more and more of our customers cancelling their third-party CMMS applications and managing their maintenance operations natively on Cohesion.
