As COHESION’s Product Manager, Nora collaborates cross-functionally to develop a positioning strategy, prioritize features, craft a desirable user experience, recommend pricing, and ultimately – manage the delivery of a thoughtfully designed product.
Most recently, Nora was a full-time graduate student in Northwestern’s MMM program, earning an MS in Design Innovation from the McCormick School of Engineering and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Through this program, she learned how to bridge the disciplines of business and design, with the goal of bringing an innovative mindset to Chicago’s real estate industry.
Nora has worked for both PGIM Real Estate and Hines Interests, gaining institutional experience in the debt, investment, and development sectors of the industry. She is an Executive Board member of ULI Chicago’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and a Goldie Initiative scholar. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, earning a BBA with a major in Real Estate.
1) She watched beer freeze in minutes at -20 degree temps during Brett Favre’s last game as a Packer – he lost the NFC Championships from an interception, and she almost lost a toe from frostbite.
2) She graduated from the high school that Mean Girls was based off of – although, she often forgot to wear pink on Wednesdays.
