Our Nearby feature provides a concierge-like service to your building’s community of employees, companies and building staff. Nearby allows users to view, see details and book local options for food, drinks and other services of interest, when available. The convenience and consistency of a custom list of local options is made available right within the Cohesion app. Users can view options, hours and specials being offered by the local companies.
Each building is different. The list of businesses is organized into user-friendly categories: Pick-Up food, Sit-Down dining, Happy Hours, Errands and Shopping. All curated for users by the Cohesion team and building staff.
Any restaurant that offers online food ordering or reservations has those options included. Order your favorite food via integrations with Grubhub, Doordash, Opentable and Tock right from the Cohesion app. The app can also prioritize businesses that are within the building, driving more traffic to their fellow tenants and creating greater awareness for the business owners.
Users can also find nearby businesses for errands, such as dry cleaners, salons, barber shops, shoeshine locations, print shops and more. Shopping includes clothing, convenience stores and pharmacies.
Employees have a digital concierge experience right from the Cohesion app where all building-specific options are aggregated and available to them in one, easy to use place.
