About the Position

The Sales Development Representative will play a meaningful role in driving business growth by supporting our sales team in building qualified pipeline, while adding value to our customers. As a crucial member of our sales team, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for spearheading our outreach efforts through strategic cold calling and emailing, paving the way for successful product demonstrations. This position will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and will work on a hybrid basis in Raleigh, NC.

What you will do

Strategic Outreach:

  • Conduct targeted cold calling and email campaigns to engage prospective clients
  • Utilize market research to identify and reach out to potential leads, creating a robust pipeline for product demos

Effective Communication:

  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to capture the interest of potential clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further development.

Demo Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information and support to ensure a positive and informed demo experience

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets to contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Regularly analyze and optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
  • Completion of monthly activity reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in sales development, client relations, consulting, or a similar role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product offerings clearly.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
