New Tech Integrations
Adding to our library of integrations, this month we completed enhancements and updates to our access control capabilities with new integrations with Blub0x, P-2000, and Open Options. We also completed an integration for CMMS capabilities with Angus.
We build system integrations in which systems actually talk to one another. We don’t just provide links. Each integration goes through a rigorous testing and review process with the underlying software and hardware company. This approach allows for real system interoperability that leads to intelligence. We are recognized as the expert in real estate systems by vendors, integrators, property management, and owners.
New Access Control and Visitor Management Features
Feature enhancements for building security, property management, and tenants this month include new, flexible time-based clearances that allow for access based on when people really need to be in buildings, offering access as a service.
Furthering building security, we launched a visitor watchlist to our Visitor Management module to ensure building staff have necessary information to flag unwanted visitors or to roll out the red carpet for VIPs.
New Amenities Credits
We all know that leases are complicated, and some tenants negotiate different amenity packages in their buildings. That makes a one-size fits all approach to amenities not useful. Last month, we rolled out a new amenity platform. This month, we enhanced that feature by offering Amenity Credits. This allows tenants to use credits as currency while reserving an Amenity.
