2022 is already off to an amazing start! We’re continuing to expand our library of technology integrations. This month, we’re introducing scheduling software sync with Crestron touch panels. This integration makes it easier than ever to create and coordinate bookings across shared spaces, fitness equipment and conference rooms. Book a reservation on the Cohesion app, the Crestron panel updates and vice versa. No matter how you book, it’s booked, synced and ready to go.
We’re also rolling out smart new usability enhancements in our suite of vendor management tools. Our new vendor scheduling calendar views make it easier than ever to get the full picture of when vendors are coming in and out of the building. And our new Management Approved Vendor Validation checks each vendor’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) and management approval status before an appointment can be added to the calendar.
We’re introducing a fresh approach to our intelligent Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solution. We’ve expanded our control sequences from fan-powered boxes (FPB) and variable air volume (VAV) systems to now control air-handling units (AHUs) to optimize indoor air quality, and better balance tenant comfort and energy usage, building-wide.
